• Minimum natural terrain: 60% of the plot area, and it cannot be planned within the space reserved for the expansion of the existing street
• Maximum height: two above-ground levels, where the second level is designed as an attic or a recessed floor
• Minimum: 2 parking spaces per unit, with mandatory vehicle parking on the plot (not within the reservation for the expansion of the existing street - mostly in the main building or in a separate garage); other uses according to the standards of these provisions
• Auxiliary buildings: behind the main building line; exceptionally, on steep terrain, a garage may be built on the boundary line of the street expansion reservation, or on the regulatory line if no street expansion is planned or necessary for the street
• Distance of the main building line: from the boundary line of the street expansion reservation, or from the regulatory line if no street expansion is planned or necessary for the street, at least 5.0 m; exceptionally, it may be less in accordance with the continuous building line of existing buildings
• Minimum distance of the residential building from the boundary of the adjacent plot: typically 3.0 m
• Front yard: must be landscaped with greenery
