Building plot 6,267 m², Sveta Klara - urban rules 3.2

In Novi Zagreb, in Sveta Klara, a building plot with an area of 6,267 m² is for sale in zone "M", in accordance with urban rules 3.2.

The land currently has no access road, but the GUP of the City of Zagreb provides for a corridor that partially affects the subject plot, thereby giving the plot road access.

The UPU (urban development plan) has not yet been adopted, and its adoption is mandatory.

General rules:

• construction of the street network, the network of public spaces and buildings, and the development of undeveloped areas in accordance with the urban development plan
