Land plot for sale in Turanj

In Turanj, in the municipality of Sveti Filip i Jakov, a building plot of 1,959 m² is for sale in the built-up part of the settlement building area. The plot is located about 300 m from the sea, has open views of the sea and the islands of the Pašmanski kanal, and access from a public road.

It is also possible to subdivide the land into three building plots of about 650 m² each, with a Type C building allowed on each, which in total allows up to 18 units and about 1,560 m² of gross floor area. Another option is division into several smaller plots for detached villas or semi-detached houses of Type A.

Building placement conditions: at least 5 m from the regulation line and at least 3 m from neighboring boundaries.

Access: each new plot must have access from a public traffic surface.

Parking: one parking space on the plot is required for each unit or apartment.

Ownership: 1/1, free of encumbrances, according to the current land registry extract.
