In Begovo Razdolje, at 1,078 meters above sea level, an existing hotel with a total net area of approximately 2,218 m² is for sale, set on a spacious building plot of around 8,659 m². The hotel is currently out of operation and requires renovation of both the exterior and interior, while the existing structure, plot size, and prepared project documentation offer significant scope for repositioning the property.

According to the current layout, the hotel comprises 42 double rooms, with a total capacity of 84 beds.
