ISTRIA, SAVUDRIJA - Modern luxury villa near the sea V32

In Savudrija, the first place you come to when entering Istra from the northwest, a newly built, modernly equipped house on four floors is for sale. It is located on the edge of the peninsula of the same name, in a small fishing village with a rich history that is first mentioned in the 12th century, while archaeological finds from the surrounding area confirm settlement dating back to the Stone Age.

The rugged, mostly rocky coastline, intersected by small pebble beaches and surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation, attracts a large number of tourists who gladly return.
