ISTRIA, SAVUDRIJA - Modern luxury villa near the sea V31

In Savudrija, at the northwestern entrance to Istra and right on the edge of the peninsula of the same name, there is a newly built house with modern furnishings spread over four floors. This small fishing village with a rich history was first mentioned in the 12th century, while archaeological finds from the surrounding area confirm that the area has been inhabited since the Stone Age.

The indented, mostly rocky coastline, intersected by small pebble beaches and surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation, attracts a large number of tourists who are happy to return.
